The apartment was our previous home; therefore it is set up as Your Home Away from Home, situated above our house, on a 10 acre lifestyle block. Enjoy the countryside yet be within walking distance of the restaurants and cafes of Richmond.

A large viewing deck captures the all day sun and allows for outdoor dining. You will look out over the surrounding pastures and our established flower garden with the Richmond Foothills in the East and the Mount Arthur Range in the West.

The apartment has separate private entrances, undercover parking with additional space for larger vehicles, campers or boats. You will have access to our spa pool and barbecue area.

The apartment is fully equipped with TV, DVD, VCR and surround sound in the living room and in the kitchen a dishwasher, microwave as well as a conventional oven.

Richmond’s Mall a quick two minute drive, and Nelson City is just 15 minutes drive with Tahunaui Beach on the way. Beautiful Rabbit Island 10 minutes drive, this is a wonderful beach with excellent picnic areas. The Aquatic Centre is 5 minutes away and both the Airport and Greenacres Golf Club are less than 10 minutes drive away.
